The company was founded in the early 1970s by Gianfranco Proni and boasts today high-tech production facilities manufacturing semi-finished products and ice cream wafers. The research for quality is at the core of the company’s products, while the technical assistance that Proni provides to artisanal ice cream makers makesit a complete and dynamic company. Our technical know-how goes from designing spaces for new artisanal ice cream shops, complete with a service forbuilding and setting up the shop, to supplying and installing machinery, up to technical training and consulting prior the point of sale’s opening. Proni is one of the few companies in Europe that features a direct support to its customers, without agents or representatives, providing a strong and responsive contact with every customer.
